It's very pretty necklace, but it's too short. I can not close it, because it doesn't go around my neck. So disappointing! Anyway, the chain is much thicker than I thought, but it still looks good. The little heart is adorable. The only thing I wish was different is the length of the necklace. I really wish it was longer, because I would love to wear it! Everything else was fine - shipping, packaging, quality.
